These Terms also set out the rights and responsibilities of both parties—you (the user) and us (Grow Your English, the website owner).

These Terms apply in tandem with our Privacy and Cookie Policies.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Scope of this Policy

These Terms apply to:

All visitors to our website.
Users who subscribe to our regular emails or download our free Essential English Pronunciation Guide.
Users who purchase or access our Course hosted by Teachable.
Any use of our website’s features, including forms, payment links, and third-party integrations.

These Terms do not apply to:

Third-party platforms – If you purchase a course or sign up for services hosted by external providers such as Teachable or Kit, their Terms of Use will apply in addition to ours.
External links – Any links leading to third-party websites (including Teachable, YouTube, or social media platforms) are subject to their respective Terms of Use. We are not responsible for any content, security measures, or policies of these external sites.
Users under 13 – As per our Privacy Policy, we do not knowingly collect or process personal data from users under 13 years old. If we become aware of such data collection, it will be deleted immediately.

5. Purchases, Pricing and Refunds

Our Pronunciation Transformation Course ("the Course") is hosted externally by Teachable, and all purchases are processed securely through their payment platform.

Payment Options

We currently offer two payment options:

1. One-time payment - Full price paid upfront in a single transaction.

2. Three-month payment plan – Price divided into three equal monthly instalments. The first payment occurs immediately, with the remaining payments charged automatically on a monthly basis for the following two months.

Both payment options:

Provide instant access to the Course via Teachable (login required).
Grant 'lifetime' access, subject to Teachable’s Terms of Use.
Are not a subscription; both options result in the same total amount paid.

All prices include VAT, which is collected by Teachable. Prices are subject to change at any time, but any change will only apply to new purchases. If you are on a payment plan, your agreed price remains unchanged.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day full refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Course within 14 days of purchase, email jamie@growyourenglish.com to request a refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, and branding, is owned by Grow Your English. This also extends to include:

Our free Essential English Pronunciation Guide
The Pronunciation Transformation Course materials (including all videos, PDFs, quizzes, exercises and others)
All Grow Your English branding

All intellectual property is protected under UK law. Unauthorised use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

Trade Marks

The brand name ‘Grow Your English’ is a registered UK trade mark belonging to the Owner:

Class 9, Class 41

Any use in these classes is therefore prohibited to all but the Owner.

7. Limitation of Liability

Use of This Website

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website. This includes but is not limited to:

Loss of data, revenue, or profits.
Website downtime, security breaches, or unauthorised access.

The Teachable Platform

Since the Pronunciation Transformation Course is hosted on Teachable, we are not responsible for any issues related to:

Service downtime or platform failures.
Payment processing errors caused by Teachable.
Cybersecurity incidents affecting Teachable’s platform.

All purchases and access are governed by Teachable’s Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict between our policies and Teachable’s Terms, the latter take precedence.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to this website if we believe:

You have violated these Terms.
Your actions compromise the security of the website or other users.

Termination may occur without prior notice.
